Arogyadham Sevashram Charitable Trust was founded in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh by Dr. Rajesh Kumar Maurya with a single promise — to serve humanity with compassion, dignity, and dedication.
Organized our weekly free medical camp, where hundreds of underprivileged individuals received free treatment and essential medicines. This marked the beginning of our commitment to accessible healthcare for all.
Achieved 12A, 80G, and CSR approvals — strengthening our foundation and building trust among donors and supporters.
Raising funds to establish a large hospital in a rural area, where quality healthcare will be provided at minimal cost — and for those in extreme need, completely free of charge.
Building a large educational institution that will provide affordable education to all children. Scholarships will be offered, and children from extremely poor backgrounds will be educated free of cost, ensuring equal opportunities for a brighter future.
